1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Radiology Toolkit software ("Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

Radiology Toolkit is a software tool designed to assist in the creation of radiology reports using artificial intelligence, an integrated database, and customizable templates. The Software is provided as an auxiliary tool and does not replace professional clinical judgment.

3. License

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software, subject to:

Use limited to the number of workstations specified in your plan;
Prohibition of reverse engineering, copying, redistribution, or sublicensing;
Prohibition of using the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial period, you must purchase a license to continue using the Software. All data created during the trial is retained.

5. User Responsibilities

The user is responsible for:

Ensuring all generated reports are reviewed and validated by a licensed medical professional;
Maintaining regular backups of their data;
Using the Software in compliance with applicable medical regulations and laws;
Protecting their access credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is." In no event shall we be liable for:

Incorrect medical diagnoses based on reports generated by the Software;
Data loss resulting from misuse, hardware failure, or lack of backup;
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The AI features of the Software are support tools. AI-generated text must be reviewed by a qualified radiologist before being used as an official report. The responsibility for final report content rests exclusively with the medical professional.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including source code, design, branding, and documentation, belong exclusively to Radiology Toolkit. User-generated data remains the property of the user.

9. Subscription & Payments

Licenses are billed annually. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Failure to renew will result in loss of access to the Software, though users may export their data at any time.

10. Updates

We may release Software updates periodically. Some updates may be required for proper functionality. Users will be notified of available updates.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software. You may export your data in a standard format prior to termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brasília/DF, Brazil.

14. Changes
