1.2. Data Within the Software
Radiology Toolkit processes clinical data (DICOM images, reports, patient data) exclusively locally on the user's computer. This data:
Is not sent to our servers;
Is not shared with third parties;
Is not used for AI training;
Remains under the user's full control.
1.3. AI Usage
The Software offers two AI modes:
Local AI (Ollama): All processing occurs on the user's computer. No data leaves the machine.
Cloud AI (API): When enabled by the user, report text may be sent to external APIs. No images or identifiable patient data is transmitted. The user is informed before each transmission.
2. How We Use Data
Data collected via the contact form is used to:
Respond to trial and pricing inquiries;
Provide technical support;
Send product update information (only with consent).
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
When required by law or court order;
With essential service providers (website hosting via Cloudflare), under confidentiality agreements.
4. Storage & Security
Form data: stored on Cloudflare servers (secure infrastructure);
Clinical data in the Software: stored locally with encryption available. Physical computer security is the user's responsibility.

Deletion: Request removal of your personal data;

7. HIPAA Compliance
Radiology Toolkit is designed with HIPAA compliance in mind. Since all clinical data is processed and stored locally, no Protected Health Information (PHI) passes through our infrastructure. Enterprise customers may request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
8. Children
The Software is intended for medical professionals. We do not intentionally collect data from individuals under 18.

We may update this Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the Software or by email. The last updated date will always be indicated at the top of this page.
